Our friends in grade 4 came to help us learn how to log in to the computers and get started on the fun literacy game, Lalilo! They spent an hour with us. So nice to have big buddies!

Thurber Grads at Mountview
So fun to have the Lindsay Thurber Grads come and visit Mountview School! These students attend Mountview for grades K-5. It was a proud mom moment for me. My daughter, Alexis is graduating this year. I am teaching grade one in what was her kindergarten classroom. Our students made the graduates "Congratulations" colouring pages. So exciting and emotional!

Spring Art in the style of "Rizzi"
We created these watercolour birds inspired by the artist "Rizzi".
Mother's Day Gifts
For Mother's Day we made our moms bath salts, poems and cards. Thank you to my daughter, Alexis and her friend, Trezlie (both girls attended Mountview school k-5) for coming in to help us put everything together!
