Measurement Olympics

Wednesday we had a little fun and put our math measuring skills to the test during the grade 3 "Measurement Olympics"!  Here's a little sample of a few of the events, including standing long jump, straw javelin throw, paper plate discus.

Measurement Olympics

Thursday March 10th

Today the students participated in our very own "Measurement Olympics"!  This was a fun and engaging hands-on math afternoon!  Student developed their measurement skills.

Thank you to all of the parents who were able to come and run the "events".  We had a great afternoon and lots of fun practicing measuring length, width, height, weight and volume.   We ended our afternoon with Gold Medals.
